夜鬼

虽然在这个时间写这篇文不太有说服力,但还是想分享一下。

尤其是那些一天睡少过四个小时(甚至不用睡觉)的夜鬼,看一下。

睡少几个小时,脑袋也不见得能转更快。

that's only one of the many benefits of sleeping... still got many others that is more important like maintaining health that type >.<
